I did not know what to expect when I was told I needed to see a periodontist for gum infections. I mean "gum infections!" What I discovered was a friendly, efficient group of people. Dr Condrey explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The procedure went very smoothly. I also had my teeth cleaned there. She is supportive and thorough. I have moved to Pearland but I still come back for cleanings, checkups, and questions to be answered.

An excellent periodontal office. Pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Doctor and technicians took time to explain in detail procedures so you were comfortable with surgery and aftercare. Office staff professionally handled insurance billing. Appointment reminders sent electronically and scheduled appointments were on time.

Dr Condrey and his staff were very reassuring during all phases of my visits. They made me very comfortable during the procedure. I felt very little pain during the procedure. I was given adequate instructions to care for my mouth and speed up the healing. I had access to Dr Condrey's cell phone in case of emergency. I never had to use it.

I first saw Dr Condrey somewhere around 2009 for dental services and came away very impressed with the way my case was handled. I was disappointed when my regular dentist gave me the news that I again needed the services of a periodontist. When his first recommendation was Dr Condrey, my fears were removed because of my prior experience with him. His office staff and his assistants all share the same high level of customer care. This team works as a unit in every regard from answering the phone, to scheduling appointments to ultimately providing excellent care for the patient.
