Financial Policy

The periodontal and dental implant treatment received at our office carries with it special cost considerations.  Payment is requested in full at the time of service.  We are sensitive to this fact, and in order to help you manage payment efficiently, we suggest the following payment methods.  Please review these options and select the one that is most suited to your needs.

• 5% accounting reduction for total payment via cash or check on procedures over $1000
• Credit card payment – Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
• Debit card payment
• Chase Healthcare Financing or Care Credit

-No initial payment

-Interest free option – 12 months 0% interest

-Payment plans with interest set up for 24-60 months
